Light Dragoons Cap Badge Display Frame – Queen's Crown
Celebrate your Light Dragoons connection with a Queen's Crown cap badge reproduction, hand mounted against a pigment-printed regimental backing. Presented in a deep box frame and supplied ready to hang, it makes a distinctive service, retirement or remembrance gift.
Regimental Heritage
The Light Dragoons was formed in 1992 through the amalgamation of the 13th/18th Royal Hussars (Queen Mary's Own) and the 15th/19th The King's Royal Hussars. A light cavalry regiment specialising in reconnaissance, it carries forward the traditions of both regiments.
The badge incorporates a Maltese Cross, the initials LD and the inherited mottoes Viret in aeternum and Merebimur, within a crowned and wreathed design. This display reproduces the Queen's Crown version.
