Returns
Embroidered or Printed Clothing: You may return any item bought from our online range* within 30 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale, and is faulty or damaged due to our error. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty. Please email us before you return any item, so we can provide the correct return details, and confirm it is eligible for return.
We will not accept a return as follows:
Embroidered clothing and or printed clothing; We can not accept returns of products which meet the following criteria unless the item supplied is faulty or incorrect:
- Goods that have been personalised with additional customisation.
- Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range*
- Printed clothing that have been damaged by not following our washing guidelines.
- As all clothing embroidery or print is made to order for each customer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the customer has ordered the wrong size.
*Our standard range is any item available on our website and does not include bespoke colours or sizes.
Discretion Clothing embroidered or printed on demand;
Fat Chimp points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion accepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of fat chimp to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been affected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery work.
Military Figurines presentations, plaques, gifts from our online range; You may return any item bought from our online range* within 10 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty. These terms and conditions are unless otherwise agreed deemed to apply to all orders and contract arrangements entered into between Fatchimp and the customer including repeat or fresh orders from the customer.
