Royal Pioneer Corps Pre-Tied Bow Tie

The mess night standard, without the knotting. This Royal Pioneer Corps pre-tied bow tie carries the Corps' colours in a format built for corps dinners, mess nights and formal occasions — consistent, sharp, and ready to wear straight from the box.

The Royal Pioneer Corps has its roots in the labour and construction units that have supported the British Army since the 17th century, with the modern Corps tracing its lineage to the Alien Companies of the First World War. Granted the Royal prefix in 1946 in recognition of its Second World War service, the RPC provided essential combat support — construction, clearance, logistic support and prisoner of war handling — in every major theatre from North Africa to North-West Europe. The Corps amalgamated into the Royal Logistic Corps in 1993, but the Pioneer identity remains a source of pride for those who served. The pick and rifle badge and the motto Labor Omnia Vincit — Work Conquers All — say everything about what the Pioneers stood for.
