About the badge
The badge features the Cross of the Order of Dannebrog, chosen in tribute to Queen Alexandra's Danish heritage, with a central medallion bearing the letter A. An open laurel spray surrounds the cross, while the motto Sub Cruce Candida, meaning “Under the White Cross”, appears on the scroll alongside the corps initials Q.A.R.A.N.C. The King's Crown completes the design.
