Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Regimental Tie
The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers was formed in 1968 from the amalgamation of four historic fusilier regiments — the Royal Northumberland Fusiliers, the Royal Warwickshire Fusiliers, the Royal Fusiliers (City of London Regiment) and the Lancashire Fusiliers — bringing together a combined lineage stretching back to 1674. The fusilier tradition is one of the oldest in the British Army, originally raised to guard artillery with their flintlock fusils. The RRF has served in Northern Ireland, the Falklands, the Gulf, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan, earning a reputation as one of the Army's most battle-hardened infantry regiments. Their motto, Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense — Evil Be to Him Who Evil Thinks — is worn with the swagger that Fusiliers have always brought to the battlefield.
