This British designed helicopter, the Wildcat is an improved variant of the Westland Super Lynx. Built in Yeovil, Somerset by AugustWestland, the Wildcat first flew on the 12th November 2009 and was introduced into service in 2014. The Wildcat serves the British Army and the Royal Navy in various roles including but not limited to anti-submarine warfare, reconnaissance, search & rescue and troop transport.
This stylish piece of wall art is precision laser cut from 2mm steel and powder coated to a satin black finish. This provides a durable rust resistant finish so it can be displayed indoors or out. The piece stands away from the wall by 16mm giving an elegant 3D look which casts a silhouette on the wall. Mounting instructions and wall fixings are supplied.
